Set To Thrive Providing new essential items to children experiencing foster care and homelessness. There are consistently 2200 children experiencing foster care in Alameda County and Contra Costa County. Additionally there are more than 5500 children in Alameda and Contra Costa County experiencing homelessness at any given time. Sadly when a child is removed from their homes they have limited time to grab their belongings the majority of the time forgetting the essential items.
