A charity dedicated to permanently protecting the natural, historical, scenic and recreational values of Ahmic Lake and the surrounding watershed. The Magnetawan Watershed Land Trust is a community-based, non-profit, non-government, charitable organization dedicated to increase the number of natural and ecologically-significant spaces protected in perpetuity along the Magnetawan River Watershed. To preserve the natural, historical, scenic and recreational value of the Magnewawan River Watershed for the benefit of future generations through land and conservation easement acquistion for the purpose of conservation and stewardship.
