We are committed to fostering a community of support & camaraderie for women in the fire service At Tulsa Metro Women on Fire, our mission is dedicated to promoting gender diversity and empowerment within the fire service. Our mission revolves around supporting, encouraging, and retaining females in this traditionally male-dominated field. Tulsa Metro Women On Fire actively raises funds to provide resources such as training programs, mentorship initiatives, and networking opportunities specifically tailored to the unique challenges that women may face in the fire service. In addition, we choose to help families battling pediatric cancer by donating a portion of our money raised through merchandise sales.
