The iSwim4 Foundation is a safe, sober swimming community; its Mission is to inspire those affected by Substance Use Disorder – directly or indirectly – by demonstrating what’s possible in Recovery. We believe that by not only inspiring, but also involving those who are directly affected in a supplemental program of Recovery through physical activity emphasizing swimming, provides a transcendent and meaningful way of attaining the Rewards of a life in Sobriety.

iSwim4 - Sober Swimming Community for Recovery iSwim4 A Sober Swimming Community Mark your calendars the 2nd Annual Catalina Channel Relay will be held on September 22 23 2024 On September 22nd23rd During National Recovery Month a team of 6 sober swimmers will embark on a rare opportunity to cross the Catalina Channel in the middle of the night. The team consists entirely of individuals in longterm Recovery from Substance Use Disorder. We believe that physical wellbeing is a cornerstone of mental wellbeing and furthermore that setting and pursuing goals provides a framework for lasting sobriety. We instill that principle through the transformative power of swimming.
