The Washington Public Utility Districts Association advocates for our members who provide not-for-profit, locally-controlled utility services. The Washington PUD Association advocates for our members who are not-for-profit, community-owned utilities providing electrical, water and wastewater and wholesale telecommunications services. The Association's purpose is to coordinate the activities of and distribute information to public utility district commissioners in Washington State.
