Communications Team The Alameda County Sheriff39s Communications Team We are an Office of Emergency Services OES volunteer unit that manages and operates radio infrastructure spanning Alameda County and beyond. The team39s primary objective is to provide emergency communication services when normaltraditional communication services are hindered. Monthly general meeting at 730pm on the first Wednesday except holidays at 4985 Broder Blvd Dublin CA 94568 US Amateur Radio Frequency Allocations For each band only those license classes with privileges on that band are listed. Technician licensees have limited privileges below 30 MHz.
