Our mission is to end overpopulation and suffering of cats in Cannon County through low cost or free spay and neuter, promote pet owner and community involvement, to provide education, and to rescue adoptable cats from community colonies whenever possible. Our mission will encourage good humanitarianism, respect for life, and help eliminate euthanasia, abuse and neglect of unwanted cats in our rural Tennessee community.
