"Making the impossible possible" takes on special meaning during summer! Our Summer Transition Programs and Teen to Work programs help students with visual impairments develop crucial life skills, from navigating public transportation to building job readiness—all while creating lasting friendships and independence. Summer isn't just a break from school—it's an opportunity to grow. Learn more about these programs at the link below! https://seeitourway.org/programs/teen-to-work/ Video description: - A woman with light hair wearing a teal Foundation for Blind Children polo shirt sits in a chair with their hands folded and speaks directly to the camera - Captions appear in blue boxes with white text as she speaks (fb)

A celebration is in order! 🎓 Sofia, Sugeily, and Katie just graduated from Arizona State University to become Teachers of the Visually Impaired. Anyone recognize Katie standing on the right? She participated in the Alcatraz Invitational Swim with FBC and was one of the first visually impaired people to complete the swim. She also participated in programs and services with FBC since she was young. To say we are so proud of these three is an understatement. They are such an inspiration and will continue to inspire. Help us wish them a huge congratulations! 🎉 Alt Text: Three students stand in front of a FBC sign wearing their maroon caps and gowns with gold graduation stoles. Katie, standing on the right, has her service dog with her who is also wearing graduation gear. The dogs vest reads "Class of 2025". // Mary Lou Fulton College for Teaching and Learning Innovation (fb)
