VISION: We believe in a world where professional women of color can realize their purpose and potential while leading joyous, balanced lives. IMPACT: Blackbird Alliance will educate, train, connect, nurture, support and mentor women of color personally and professionally within a safe network. We will also provide technical training and curated tools grounded by principals promoting wellness, productivity, civic engagement and community for a healthy life-work balance.
