TREASURES WILL ALSO IMPROVE THE LIVES OF THOSE IN THE COMMUNITY BY DISTRIBUTING SURPLUS FUNDS TO OTHER NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS THAT HELP THOSE IN NEED AND BY OFFERING A VARIETY OF CAREER TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, WITH A SPECIAL EMPHASIS ON INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES AND THOSE FACING LONG-TERM UNEMPLOYMENT. ALL THIS WHILE KEEPING UNWANTED AND UNNEEDED ITEMS OUT OF THE WASTE STREAM.
