Hospice of Southwest Oklahoma is a nonprofit, United Way agency. We are dedicated to providing quality medical care to the terminally ill in a home setting.. whether it be their home or a nursing home. We provide the following services at no expense to the patient: skilled nursing visits, home health aid visits, pain medications, medical equipment and supplies, bereavement counseling, spiritual counseling and social services as needed. We work closely with the patient's personal physician.
