The Avodah DC community is devastated and horrified at last night’s shooting outside the Capital Jewish Museum. We are sending love and care to the families of the victims, and to our partners at the Capital Jewish Museum. It breaks our hearts that the museum, a place that celebrates local Jewish culture and history and where Avodah Corps Members have served, was targeted for this attack. There is no justification for antisemitic violence that aims to inspire fear in our community. This is not a pathway to peace. May the memories of Sarah and Yaron be a blessing. (fb)
