It shall be the objective of PA Swarm to promote the knowledge and appreciation of softball through development of the player's higher competency. The improvement of skill and experiencing good sportsmanship with honesty, respect for authority and learning of life lessons while in the context of girls’ softball shall be considered the primary objective. To achieve this objective, PA Swarm will develop and provide a supervised program with appropriate Rules and Policies as outlined in the USA Softball Code of the current year and these bylaws. Officers, coaches and members will bear in mind that the attainment of exceptional athleticism or the winning of games is secondary to our primary objective.
