Home - Needs Council Helping Our Neighbors in Need The Needs Council coordinates 28 programs to meet the critical needs of children families and the elderly in Gillespie County. We Need You The Needs Council relies on donations and volunteers from the community to serve over 4000 men women and children who seek our assistance each year. Crisis Assistance Assistance is provided for housing utilities child care medications emergency medical procedures dental hearing and vision expenses. Counseling Domestic violence support Victims of physical emotional and sexual abuse receive criticalcounseling by licensed professionals.
