To act as a resource liason organization for Federal agencies, businesses, indian tribes and other organizations interested in positively effecting the employments right efforts. To advocate and promote the establishment and enforcement of tribal employment rights and to provide training and TA to indian tribes, Alaska Natives and other Indian Organizations on employment rights.
