Foundation 1023 is a 501c3 non-profit committed to supporting the emotional and mental wellness of First Responders Foundation 1023 is committed to supporting the emotional and mental wellness of First Responders and their support network who are experiencing illness, loss or stressful life events by providing confidential funding for emotional and mental wellness services, as well as access to peer supported outdoor activities and events designed for personal wellness and connection.

Foundation 1023 Making First Responder Mental Wellness a Priority Help Us Put First Responder Mental Health First How We Help Individual wellness care Foundation 1023 will provide connection to a culturally competent counselor and funding for services. Covering a minimum of 4 visits for free and an additional 4 with a small copay. additional visits maybe available depending on state and profession as provided by sponsors. Peer Support Team Training Peer Support Team training offered in a basic or advanced level covering all topics required to obtain state or national certification.
