Virginia Community Yoga’s (VCY) mission is to provide a safe, supportive environment where individuals and families can create a diverse, compassionate and sustainably-growing community. Through classes, workshops and wellness services centered around the practice and teachings of yoga, an atmosphere is created that inspires personal growth and mindfulness of living. Our focus is to make yoga accessible to all people regardless of age, race or religion, reaching out to underserved communities and their families, aspiring for unity in diversity through yoga.
