[FINAL FOUR] Washington in St. Louis is in the Division III Final Four for the first time since 2009, a team comprised of four Beta brothers and two new members. New member Connor May ’28, (#21) was named the University Athletic Association Rookie of the Year, scoring 346 points for the Bears to date. So far this season he's had double-digit scoring in 19 games, noting two double-doubles along the way. George Gale ’27, (#33) who serves concurrently as chapter president, also deserves recognition after putting up 149 points and grabbing 95 rebounds. A third nod goes to the 6-8 center Calvin Kapral ’26, (#34) who has 154 points and 82 rebounds in 27 starts. Rounding out the teammates are Lucas Vogel ’27, Beza Miller ’27, and new member Anthony Przybilla ’28. The team came into the tournament ranked 17th in the NCAA, but couldn't be counted out.
