Friends of Lewis County Hospice - NY Where your loved ones are at home. The FOLCH Hospice Home Planning Committee is excited to be diligently working on the early phases of establishing a Hospice Home for the residents of Lewis County. Hospice House Update As many of you know it has been a vision of Friends of Lewis County Hospice to build a Hospice Home in Lewis County. This past year we shared a survey to see what the public thought regarding this project the results were overwhelmingly positive.
