The Cat's Voice WV is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that is dedicated to control the overpopulation of animals. The Cat's Voice WV is dedicated to helping combat the issue of the overpopulation of cats in the Eastern Panhandle of WV. We work along side other rescues to conduct TNR (trap neuter release) campaigns of feral colonies and strays. We also offer home-based fostering to tamable cats and kittens, providing them with all required medical care and socialization in order to find homes for these abandoned and/or homeless cats.

$5 Friday goes out to these two kittens. When TCVWV received word that two kittens were abandoned in a cardboard box, we quickly sprang into action to save these lives. These kittens will be dewormed, flea treated, combo tested, fecal tested and treated, fixed, microchipped, and given all their vaccines before being made available for adoption.
