IRC 501(c)3 Tax Exempt Non-profit corporation organized under General Laws, Chapter 180 of Commonwealth of Massachusetts, to support the Kathmandu Institute of Child health (KIOCH) in Nepal (www.kioch.org.np). KIOCH Partners of America K-PALS Inc is an IRC 501(c)3 tax exempt organization established and maintained by an all-volunteer team. The corporation is organized under Chapter 180 of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts exclusively for charitable purposes, to provide expert, financial and other material assistance to Kathmandu Institute of Child Health (KIOCH), affiliated with Social Welfare Council of Nepal. KIOCH works for promotion of child health through health education, preventive, curative and rehabilitative health care in Nepal. It is working on building a network of Children's hospitals in all 7 provinces of Nepal. KPALS will collect donations in US, and organize clinical and research expertise to help KIOCH render services at par with international standards.
