Join Our Team Present Pillars Foundation seeks a passionate and dedicated Community Health Worker CHW to focus on improving the health and wellbeing of men in Benton Harbor and surrounding communities. This position plays a critical role in the Present Pillars Health Navigator Program by connecting men to essential resources fostering healthy lifestyles and addressing barriers to care. The CHW will collaborate with staff and community partners to provide culturally sensitive and traumainformed support promoting mental physical and financial health.
