Bark About It Rescue Bark About It Rescue About Us Bark About It Rescue is a 501c3 nonprofit fosterbased dog rescue. Our mission is to save dogs from urgent situations such as euthanasia lists overcrowded shelters and homelessness as well as to educate the public on the importance of spay and neuter. Our rescue is based in Pennsylvania but we rescue dogs all over. Additionally to urgent cases we also focus on helping long term shelter stay dogs.
