Tucson Federation of Musicians Local 33 of the American Federation of Musicians of the United States and Canada AFM Members True Concord Voices Orchestra Unionization Effort. Important Updates and Resources The orchestral musicians of True Concord made their official bid to be recognized as a collective bargaining unit in the Spring of 2024. To date the board still has not recognized our union. After many meetings emails and conversations with the board the musicians have continued to take collective action including displays of solidarity wearing AFM tshirts to rehearsal social media posts and passing out pamphlets to audience members before a recent concert.
