Providence Haven Mission - We help Ukrainian war refugees in Cleveland, TN On February 24th ruzzia has invaded Ukraine and started a fullscale war On February 24th ruzzia has invaded Ukraine and started a fullscale war Providence Haven Mission was established in April of 2022 to meet the needs of families fleeing the ravages of war after Russia invaded Ukraine on February 24 of 2022. Thousands of civilians have been killed or injured and millions of Ukrainians as well as others have been forced to leave their homes and seek refuge in other countries. The first families to arrive in our area of Cleveland TN came from Mariupol a town close to the border with Russia that became occupied. At the beginning of the war many were trapped in hiding with little food or water.
