THE GOAL OF THE LEAGUE, BEYOND ADVANCING THE SPORT OF FLAT TRACK ROLLER DERBY BOTH IN THE CITY OF CHICAGO AND NATIONALLY, IS TO CREATE A NETWORK OF TALENTED MULTIFACED INDIVIDUALS AND TO OFFER BOTH OPPORTUNITY AND TRAINING IN ORDER TO CONTINUALLY SELF-GOVERN THE ORGANIZATION AND TO DEVELOP ITS MEMBERS.
