THE CORPORATION WILL BE AN ARTISTS EXCHANGE CORPORATION PURSUANT TO CHAP TER 180 OF THE GENERAL LAWS OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS AND IS O RGANIZED AND WILL BE OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, RELIGIOUS, SCIENTIF IC, EDUCATIONAL AND ARTISTIC PURPOSES. WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501 (C) (3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE, DESIGNED TO PROVIDE A SPACE FOR ARTISTS TO LEAR N FROM ONE ANOTHER. THE CORPORATION IS DESIGNED TO BE A 501 (C) (3) NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL STABILITY IN ORDER TO SUPPORT ARTISTS AND THEIR CRAFT THROUGH EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMING AND AFFORDABLE SPACE RENTAL FOR THE CREATION OF ART. IN ADDITION, THE CORPORATION STRIVES TO REACH OUT IN TO VARIOUS COMMUNITIES AND CULTURES THROUGHOUT THE WORLD TO EXPOSE AND E DUCATE THE GENERAL PUBLIC, INCLUDING THE YOUTH AND ELDERLY AND VARIOUS CO MMUNITY BASED PROGRAMS, IN ALLIANCE TO EXPOSE VARIOUS ART FORMS THROUGHO UT THOSE COMMUNITIES.
