BridgeYear
BridgeYear reimagines traditional #careerexploratin by providing immersive, hands-on simulations that expose youth to #skilledtrades #CareerPathways. BridgeYear works collaboratively across the education-to-workforce continuum to ensure equitable postsecondary pathways for underserved youth. Our approach is data-driven and based on a three-pronged Theory of Change, which includes knowledge, belief, and access. When middle and high school students know their postsecondary career options, believe they will be successful in a chosen career that is a good fit for their interests and needs, and have access to the education and training needed to start their careers, they can achieve economic stability and independence.
