Primm Economic Development Corporation will provide community based programs in a center that consists of: –          Parenting classes (targeted for parents and children) –          College Campus Outreach Program –          Target Community Organizations which attract the demographic segments which are absent from the existing membership base –          Youth Employment Programs –          Responsible Adulthood Programs (aids prevention) –          Mentoring program for youths involved in the criminal justice system –          Feeding and Clothing Programs –          Community News Letter –          Web Page (development) Services are provided without regard to race, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, religion or disability
