HANDS FOR HOPE
24 years of providing children a safe afterschool environment filled with arts, music, academics and support. Hands4Hope LA provides a safe afterschool environment for arts, homework assistance, dance, tutoring and enrichment, for underserved youth. Hands4Hope LA provides support to youth and their parents from low-income, underserved, predominantly single-parent minority households to improve their quality of life. This is accomplished by offering free S.T.E.A.M.- based (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) after-school programs and low-cost academic summer camp for youth ages 8 to 18 in a safe, supportive and nurturing environment. Parents are supported through workshops, individualized referrals and personalized care.
