The mission of Housing Development Center (HDC) is to create and sustain housing opportunities for low-income families and individuals through partnerships with nonprofits, housing authorities, and government entities.HDC augments its clients' in-house capacity to help them achieve their production goals, undertake unique projects, and minimize development risks.HDC helps nonprofit owners ensure the well-being of their residents, the health of their portfolios, and the strength of their organizations. HDC provides expert technical assistance and organizational development training in financing, construction management, asset management, and green building.
