Engaging students, families, and communities in hands-on education in the mountains near home. Wasatch Mountain Institute offers transformative, experiential, science-based programs for school groups, families, communities, non-profit organizations, business and industry groups, and the general public. This year, WMI is offering Field Science Programs in the fall and spring and SnowSchool programs in the winter for school groups at the Rock Cliff Nature Center in Jordanelle State Park near Park City, UT. Simultaneously, WMI is pursuing an encompassing vision that will link together four strategic learning centers in the Wasatch range and Salt Lake City to create the most significant new outdoor education initiative in North America.
