IS TO IMPROVE COUNTY OF NASSAU, STATE OF NEW YORK (THE "VILLAGE"), BY USING VOLUNTEERS AND DONATIONS TO ENHANCE PUBLIC SPACES, BEAUTIFY TRAFFIC TRIANGLES, PLANT FLOWERS AND TREES, ENCOURAGE LITTER CONTROL AND HELP CREATE A UNIFIED AESTHETIC TO THE VILLAGE'S COMMON AREA.
