Awamaki works with women cooperatives in communities near Ollantaytambo. We showcase their work through our fair trade store and sustainable tourism program. WE WORK WITH ANDEAN WOMEN ARTISANS TO CREATE ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITIES TOGETHER, SO THEY CAN START AND RUN THEIR OWN BUSINESSES. WE OFFER EDUCATION IN TECHNICAL SKILLS, BUSINESS SKILLS AND LEADERSHIP. WE CONNECT THEM TO MARKET OPPORTUNITIES IN SUSTAINABLE TOURISM OR FAIR TRADE CRAFTS SALES.
