We provide immediate assistance to children and youth in foster care in the 19 counties that make up Region 11 of South Texas. Ensuring these children have their basic needs met as well as providing normalcy experiences. To improve the lives of children in foster care in South Texas by ensuring each child has his or her basic needs met and to provide life-enriching and life-enhancing experiences wherever possible.

Since 1999 Foster Angels has served 50000children and counting. The mission of Foster Angels is to improve the lives of children in foster care by ensuring each child has their basic needs met and providing lifeenhancing lifeenriching opportunities whenever possible.
