Our Mission We help advance social and economic mobility of nontraditional adult learners through postsecondary degree attainment workforce advancement and living wage employment. Our work centers on increasing postsecondary credentialing for adult learners in the Greater Philadelphia region by engaging learners employers higher education government organized labor workforce development entities community based organizations and social service providers to align existing resources remove barriers and create new pathways to completion.
