We are a 501(c)(3) bird rescue focused on saving abandoned pigeons. Empowering people to help birds Dreaming of a Chances mission is to rescue abandoned domestic pigeons from around the Hudson Valley and NYC and provide them with a forever home. We also strive to educate the public about proper bird care, the effects of abandonment on the environment, as well as how to spot and help abandoned domestic birds.
