Congratulations to Annie Weaver! She has graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, concentrating in Graphic Design and minoring in Marketing from UAH. I’m excited to find a full-time position in marketing or at an advertising agency focused on design, and I’m also open to freelance opportunities. Looking ahead to the next five years, I truly hope to be working at a company I’m passionate about—one that lets me make a meaningful impact on others, gives me a chance to contribute to my community, and helps me fully explore my creative potential. I am grateful my mentor has connected me with professionals in my field. The women in this program, both current participants and inspiring alumni, have also become an amazing support system for me. A meaningful moment in the WEDCF was when my mentor, Megan Nivens-Tannett, reviewed my résumé and portfolio. Her insightful feedback helped me refine my work's presentation and emphasized strengths I had overlooked.
