Established in 1959 it is the largest among the 12 Employer Associations signatories to the District Council Agreement. The Western Steel Council39s membership accounts for an impressive 80 of all reported hours within the Associations trust funds. With a core focus on negotiating and administering labor agreements the WSC acts on behalf of ironworker employers across California and Nevada.
