What We Do Our mission as a nonprofit organization is dedicated to supporting BIPOC Black Indigenous and People of Color professionals following their dream of a thriving career in photography. This is why we spoke to many photographers in the industry and we found that there was one chief concern a lack of diversity in the industry making it hard for BIPOC photographers to gain opportunities. Something had to change We decided that we wanted to be part of that change by providing photographers new in the industry or those who need help leveling up their careers with the information and support they need to strive on their path.
