The updated feature is designed to enhance security, provide greater convenience, and give you more choices for managing your shipments. However, because the current shipping experience will end on May 31, you must download all of your any shipping-related data by then, or you won’t be able to access the listed information or use the existing shipping experience from QuickBooks Desktop. This includes shipment date, customer contact details, tracking number, transaction reference, estimated shipping charges, carrier service you’ve opted for, and cash on delivery (COD) details, if any. You will still be able to access any shipping-related tasks, such as voiding labels, directly on the carrier's official website.
