Empowering Immigrant Refugee Families Helping families find hope and community through accessible programs and meaningful relationships Who We Serve Immigrant and refugee families are moving to Houston in search of a peaceful and prosperous life. In the past decade the immigrant and refugee population in the Greater Houston area rose by 32 percent. The total number of immigrants and refugees reached 1657000 in 2021. By providing accessible services in the context of deep relationships PLI is walking alongside these families as they settle into their new homes.
