Vanessas HEART provides meals, essential items, resources and fellowship to those in need through stationaryandmobile community givebacks, as well as other community initiatives. Our woman founded and all women organization is dedicated to giving back to the unhoused and less fortunate community of Baltimore City and surrounding areas
