The Normile Bluebird Box is bursting with life! On May 26 at 1 PM, we had five perfect blue eggs nestled safely in the box. Then, the magic began - by May 27 at 10 AM, three tiny chicks had hatched! A few hours later, we thought we saw four... and by the morning of May 29, all five chicks had arrived! Now, both parents are hard at work feeding their hungry little ones, while Mrs. Normile is absolutely over the moon with excitement. Nestlings typically stay in the nest for 16 to 20 days, so we’ll be watching closely as they grow stronger each day. A huge thank you to John Hartgerink for capturing these precious moments!
