Lafreniere Volunteers Civic Association a nonprofit organization established in 2022 He who feeds a hungry animal feeds his own soul. We are a group of volunteers who believes that park cats are real cats too and are deserving of respect and dignity. We believe life is easier to navigate on a full stomach and while we cannot solve all the issues a park cat faces we can provide a nutritious stressless meal.
