The Clermont, FL Historical Society sent us this letter, it had been in the records of a local recreational club and they wanted to return it to us. Dated March 15th, 1937, the letter contains information about where to purchase a set of discs. The cost was $5.65 from one shop and $4.50 at another. The club would often receive inquiries by mail from folks around the country looking for court blueprints, official rules, or where to source certain items related to the sport. The bottom of the stationary reads: The largest tourist's sports organization in the world. Record membership 4,779. (fb)
