Therapeutic Riding aims to encourage individuals of all ages with physical, intellectual, and developmental disabilities to reach their full potential by providing a safe, supportive, and quality therapeutic riding services. They live by their mission statement to promote safety and optimal outcomes for each individual rider. While some students work independently, others are assisted by two side walkers who walk alongside the horse, as well as a horse leader. Each instructor has a strong equine background as well as an understanding of various disabilities.
