About FOBL Friends of the Brambleton Library FOBL is a nonprofit taxexempt charity federal tax ID number 822111430 that exists solely to support the Brambleton Library located in Ashburn VA. Each month the Library hosts dozens of educational programs for adults children and teens including book clubs educational presentations story times and other opportunities that encourage reading and community.
