DRRU 501(c)(3) nonprofit org. mission is to decrease the homeless population of displaced dogs in WTX Our Mission is to make sure that no animal suffers and that every animal has a voice. Our goal is for Midland/Odessa to become No Kill Cities and to continue to expand No Kill into the Permian Basin.
