War Toys® is a US-based nonprofit arts and media organization. Our mission is to foster a more peaceful and equitable world for future generations. We partner with NGOs and UN agencies to help children who have experienced war process their trauma and tell their stories through unique, art-therapy-based collaborations in the field. We collaborate with artists, designers, filmmakers, photojournalists, and musicians to amplify the voices of children affected by war and advocate for peace. We engage diverse, international audiences through exhibitions, installations, campaigns, media engagement, and other special projects, including a groundbreaking toy industry program. We are working with generic toymakers in China to foster positive changes to inexpensive toys sold around the world.
